Gary Wallace

Gary Wallace is Public Health Specialist of the Office of the Director of Public Health at Plymouth City Council. Gary began his career in Mental Health nursing before moving into the field of substance misuse and then to public health. He has a long standing interest in improving the commissioning and delivery of services for people with complex needs and multiple vulnerabilities.
