Biography

David Yokum is Senior Advisor to (and former Founding Director of) The Lab @ DC. The Lab conducts research projects to generate timely, relevant and high-quality evidence to inform the District’s most important decisions. The Lab is based in the Office of the City Administrator and works in partnership with a network of universities and research centers to apply the scientific method to day-to-day governance issues.
