Zung Nguyen Vu leads research and strategy for Arup’s Digital Studio, where she is bridging the gap between social science research, policymaking, and technology design for cities. Zung believes that innovation and technology should respond to societal need, not the other way around. She has helped cities, developers, museums, universities rethink their approach to users, community, and technology.
