Smita Jha
Biography
Smita's experience spans over 2.5 decades across consulting, corporate and not-for-profit sectors.
Smita started her career with PwC where she worked for 23 years in Consulting and led the Entertainment & Media Practice for India. She then switched to the Corporate sector as Group Strategy Head for India's leading conglomerate Hindustan Times Group and thereafter took on the global role as Transformation Services Leader at Genpact.
Over the past year, she set up a non-profit organization CEGIS (Centre for Effective Governance of Indian States) which works closely with State Governments in India across various sectors.
