Katie joined CPI in 2017 and leads our team in Europe, working with governments, public and non profit organisations across Europe as a learning partner to support them to transform their thinking and practice. Katie has particular expertise in health, care and children's social care in a UK context and has led much of our work in those spaces with local authority partners and national government departments.
Katie joined CPI from the Department for Education in the UK, where she worked in the Special Educational Needs team, the Strategy Unit and Private Office.
Katie holds a BA in Theology from Oxford University, and a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is also on the Programme Committee Board of the Guy's and St Thomas' Charity.
