Biography

Amanda LaBrot is a communication specialist in the City of Savannah's Office of Marketing and Communications and has lived in Savannah for a little more than four years. Before joining the city in 2019, she worked as a broadcast journalist reporting, anchoring and producing for local news outlets in Missouri, Mississippi and Savannah. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Innovation at Texas Tech University.
